A delicatessen on the High Street wanted to get going following the Covid lockdown.
With our support, they used footfall counts to show where returning shoppers were walking, and when. Train and bus passenger counts were included. Pop up and social media advertising could therefore be set up at the right time and place.
The outcome was the ability to predict the flow of people through the town with some degree of confidence. It allowed advertising to be placed when and where footfall counts would be high, and posted on-line with offers fine tuned to allow for the time of day, the weather, local events – even delays to public transport.
When the weather was poor they could have offers ready in their shop window for those pausing to shelter under their awning.
