Starting out with data
This workshop is for anyone wanting to start using data in their business. You might be looking to make what’s happening more visible, gain greater control, better understand your priorities, make better use of time, understand what to measure and how.
You might also be focused upon performance in the business – how to be faster and more efficient, spend less, get closer to the customer, discover new commercial opportunities.
To do this you will need to know how to start, what data they have and what it can be used for, how it can deliver value, what similar businesses are doing, where to go for help.

Explain how data can be used to realise those opportunities.
Describe how the data should be organised for the answers needed.
Import data for business improvement into an MS Excel spreadsheet.
The role of the critical question in your quest for information about your business.
